ฬhen one is to imagine a wolf, they do not typically see fiery, vengeful eyes and a burned tail. Matter of factly, they usually get an image of a majestic beast frolicking through the snow. But if you happen to be one of the humans who see wolves that way, I seriously doubt you've ever met the likes of Jennezia.

тнє tale of Jennezia begins with a mountain. But not your ordinary, frolicky mountain. This mountain was a volcano, nicknamed "The Indigo Fire". This nickname came from the fact that the one time it erupted was at night, beneath an indigo sky. Anyway, Mount Indigo did erupted, obliterating anything that got into the way of its burning magma. Long story short, the valley around Mount Indigo was utterly destroyed. The pack temporarily left the valley to avoid starvation. Three years later, they returned. Merlim, a she-wolf with a rusty pelt and luminous blue eyes, knew that she was pregnant. She couldn’t sleep at night, the thoughts of her child and the flaws that she or she would be bestowed to. Merlim wanted everything to be perfect, perhaps too much so. She began to drive herself to madness, humming hymns and poems to her unbirthed child. Merlim hoped her daughter or sun would be an intelligent young lackey. After two months of hymn-chanting, poem-telling, and maternal suffering, Merlim knew that her children would be born that day. She went out into the Torchedwood (the forest surrounding the valley) and found a particularly mossy patch in the grass. Sun leaked through the canopy, producing a greenish golden glow across the mossbed. Merlim laid down in her ideal birthing place and closed her eyes. She muttered a boon to her child, wishing it luck in its life. Then, she went silent.

It was revealed the next day that Merlim had not produced a boy or a girl, but one of each. Oddly, the twins had entirely different fur colourings. The female has a gray, white, and rust calico pelt with her father's charcoal eyes. Her eyes seemed to be tinted to a deep peridot green as if she had absorbed some of the nature's appearance. The male, on the other hand, had charcoal black fur with a gray line down his back, and the blue eyes of Merlim. Merlim realized something else about her children, though. The female's paw-pads were in the shape of a diamond and the male's a star. The male was named Enelex and the female was named Jennezia. And as every tale of siblings goes, the two developed a bitter rivalry. They teased eachother with mean words and growled at eachother for other things, such as food theft and loudness. Though irritating, nothing was unusual about the pups.

Jennezia had clearly defined her brother at this point, as she was three years old. She saw that Enelex wished to overthrow the pack leader. Jennezia knew that it was accustomed in any wolf pack that he who killed the ruler was to take on the role. Everyone respected the current leader, though, and Jenna couldn't allow Enelex to take over. His pride was salute worthy and his posture deserved a round of applause. Everything about her brother was elite; his life deserved a clapping. Meanwhile, Jenna was average, if not below it. She asked herself why she couldn't let Enelex be leader.

Jenna ran off into the Torchedwood. She needed to think. The sudden feeling of distrust for Enelex was building up quickly, and she didn't know why. Trees blurred in front of her and scents mixed as if being shoved into a soup bowl. Fear pulsed through her veins like oxygen. Enelex was here, she sensed it.

Then she shook her head. She was getting ahead of herself. Why would Enelex want to stalk her here? What business did he have with her to begin with? Jennezia's peridot-tinted eyes gleamed as she stared at the boulder in front of her. Enelex was here. She knew it. She needed to stop telling herself that he wasn't. Whirling around, Jennezia let out a low growl. The smell of him was stronger; the scent of roses and gunpowder seeping through the trees. He must have been running in circles around her, trying to throw her off. She stared straight at the ground.

"Why are you doing this, Enelex?" she asked, "I don't understand. It seems so... random."

Enelex let out a slow, empty laugh. "Ah, but it is completely and utterly relevant."

Jenna blinked, "what do you mean? What are you getting at?"

"I mean," Enelex muttered, "That one of us must live and one of us must die."

Then, he launched himself at her, claws pointed straight out and ready to kill. Jenna slid to the side, dodging him. "Why," Jenna said, "must one of us die?"

Enelex's eyes gleamed as her snarled. "We can't disagree anymore. You think I can't be alpha, I think you can't live here," He grunted, "there's room for only one of us... us shape-paws."

He then launched another blow, this time nicking Jenna's ear. She flinched, looking up at him with rage. Then, she leaped and sank her teeth into his furry tail. Enelex let out a shriek of pain and then lashed his paw at her face again. Jenna ducked, causing his attack to miss. Then she slid under him, hind paws scratching at his underside. Enelex cringed, sinking to the ground. "You hit my heart," He breathed out what seemed to be his final breath.

"Enelex," Jennezia said slowly, but instinct told her to run. She had to leave the pack before anyone could find out. She had to go somewhere else. She was an exile now. An outcast. A rogue who needed a place to stay.

    To Fear
Jenna's list of fears is a rather long one, mostly built off of childhood traumas. Firstly, whenever she seems anything remotely gory, she shuts down. She doesn't speak, stares wide-eyed at the scene before her, and makes no other reactions whatsoever. Therefore, it is entirely difficult for her to hunt or fight other wolves, for that matter.

    To Actions of Attraction
When given a nickname usually viewed as a motion of love (i.e Sweetie), Jennezia usually walks away. She is embarrassed by those sorts of things, including others' love and romantic lives. Though she has no trouble speaking to those of the opposite gender, she walks away if anything awkward starts up.

    To Rudeness
When Jenna is confronted by rude behaviours and comments, she takes them to heart. She is easily insulted and offended, sometimes making her rather difficult to work beside. When insulted, she does not insult back. Instead, she gives her aggressor the "Death Stare" until they leaved, weirded out.

    To Occupation
Jennezia's occupation is and has pretty much always been Healing. When others mention healing, she gets all excited. She finds an opportunity to brew up a conversation and chats away about healing. In fact, sometimes she gets so pulled into the conversation that the wolf conversing with her simply gives up.
